The provision of such reports on website will be deemed to be adequate service of such reports to the Clients in terms of requirements of SEBI (Portfolio Managers) Regulations, 1993.

Religare Asset Management Company Ltd. may at any time, at its sole discretion and without any prior notice to the User, prohibit or restrict User’s access to the Website or related services. Religare Asset Management Company Ltd. shall not be liable for the correctness, accuracy or reliability of the data or uninterrupted or error free provision of the services.
